Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 30, 2026. This policy explains what Edmired collects from waitlist members and visitors, how it is used, and your rights.
What we collect
- Waitlist data: persona, email, optional name, organization, role, country, message.
- Technical data: IP address (used for rate limiting only), user-agent, request timestamps.
- No tracking pixels on the marketing site at this stage. No advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To contact you about Edmired access, pilot programs, and product updates.
- To improve product fit by aggregating persona-level interest signals.
- To prevent abuse and protect the integrity of our public forms.
How we store it
Waitlist entries are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) within secure, access-controlled collections. Production data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the waitlist (e.g. our cloud hosting and database providers).
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time through our contact form. Choose the Privacy topic so the request reaches the right queue quickly.
Children’s data
The marketing site does not knowingly collect data from children. Parent and student waitlist signups are intended to be completed by an adult guardian where applicable.
